The McGill Permaculture Club is a club for students at McGill and any community member who are curious and/or passionate about permaculture. The objective of this club is to increase awareness and understanding of permaculture among the student population and the local community, and to get people appreciative of the benefits of permaculture. This club engages with the Macdonald Permaculture Showcase Garden and the Senneville Food Forest, both at McGill. The club is one of the initiatives under the umbrella of the Mac Regenerative Food Hub (MRFH), a network centered around Mac campus and Ste-Anne-de-Bellevue. Club activities include workshops, permaculture farm visits, guest speakers, discussion groups, movie screenings, hands-on farm work at the food forests, and more!
